Forklift Operators

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and well-respected distribution centre located in Geebung, for an experienced Forklift Operator to join their day shift team.

This is a full-time position offering a great balance between warehouse duties and front-of-house customer interaction. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to load and unload deliveries, move stock around the site, and ensure all warehouse functions are running smoothly. In addition to your warehouse duties, you’ll also assist customers at the trade counter.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, has solid forklift and warehouse experience, and feels comfortable engaging with customers in a friendly, solutions-focused manner.

Key Duties Include(But not limited to):

• Operate forklifts (counterbalance/high reach) safely
• Load/unload trucks and move stock Assist customers with pickups and enquiries in-store
• Pick and pack orders accurately
• Maintain a clean, organised work area
• Perform basic forklift checks

What You’ll Need:

• Valid LF Forklift Licence
• Experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with building and construction products.
• Confident, professional customer service skills
• Good physical fitness and a reliable attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
